The images taken during the Jump!Star events are used for the following purposes: Provision of the images for the participants; Internal image database or image archive; Internal use within the association; Use in the internal network (Intranet); Provision to sponsors/partners; Presentation and advertising of our own services; Information on further and similar events; Our own print media, publications and presentations; Advertising purposes; Public reporting on the event; Publicly accessible image database or image archive; Publicly accessible image database; Use of the images in the Jump!Star events for the following purposes image archive; Public relations; Publication in social media; Use on our website; Use by press/media; Use in video productions; Video reporting on the event; Use for teaching/teaching; Lecture and illustration purposes.

Type of recordings: Photographs and video recordings.

Legal basis of the recordings: Legitimate and proportionate interests in the use of the recordings for the aforementioned purposes in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f. DSGVO in conjunction with § Article 12 Paragraph 2 Item 4 DSG.

Retention period of the image recordings: The image recordings are stored for as long as necessary for the above-mentioned purposes. The image recordings may be stored internally without restriction, e.g. to secure copyright claims by providing evidence of original recordings or for historical/archival reasons.

We ask you to take special consideration of minors and not to take pictures of them or only with the consent of their parents or, in the case of young people aged 16 or over, with their consent.

Notes on image recordings of third parties: Image recordings can also be made by the participants of the event on their own responsibility. We ask the participants to show mutual respect for their personal rights. Media representatives may be present during the event and take pictures on their own responsibility.
